• Screw & Barrel: Made of high-nitriding steel (38CrMoAlA), barrel with bimetallic lining (HRC 60-64). Segmented elements let you tailor kneading, conveying and venting zones for any recipe.
• Temperature Control: Multi-zone oil or water cooling, with PID self-tuning, maintaining melt temperature fluctuation within ±2°C — critical for heat-sensitive masterbatch.
• Die Head & Pelletizer: Quick-change screen changer, water-ring or strand pelletizer available. Our pelletizer blade gap is factory-set to 0.05mm, ensuring clean cuts and minimal dust.
