To ensure 100 percent qualified product quality we adopt comprehensive precision testing equipment including metallographic analyzers Taylor roughness meters Japanese Mitutoyo height gauges coordinate measuring machines Rockwell hardness testers and Vickers hardness testers. Full dimensional detection hardness testing surface quality inspection and metallographic analysis are implemented for each finished product to realize full process quality controllability and traceability.
