1 . Configuration feartures of HPH53 screw extruder :

A . gearbox : bilatral symmetry gear drive system ; design service life more than 72000hrs , average torque coefficient=11.5, brand of bearing are Sweden SKF and Germany INA ;

B .Torque limiter : torque limiter imported from Germany ;

C . Barrel : integrated wear-resistant alloy steel liner ; material of lineris is high wear and corrosion resistant imported from Finland ; Channel of barrels is annular jet type, not easy to be blocked ;

D . Scew shaft : material of screw element is high wear and corrosion resistant imported from Finland ; the surface of screw elements have done mirror polishing process .

E . Material of shaft is imported from Finland ;

F . Heating medium : heating rod imported from Germany ;

G . Machine frame : high rigidity whole steel plate welding ;

H . Electrical system : PLC and instrument control for your choice ; control cabinet and power cabinet are sperate , strong and weak eletricity are isolated installed.
