The core of our gearbox design is a symmetrical drive system, as shown in the schematic diagram. This structure features a force-optimized layout that significantly improves operational stability.

The gearbox adopts a bilateral symmetrical gear drive system, with two gears driving the output shaft from both upper and lower sides. This design ensures a balanced force structure for the output shaft.

The symmetrical drive configuration offsets the radial forces Fr1 and Fr2 acting on the output shaft and bearings to near zero. This theoretically eliminates radial load on the shaft bearings during operation.

With zero theoretical wear caused by radial loads, the bearing capacity and service life of the gearbox are greatly improved, ensuring long-term stable performance under continuous production conditions.
