30 kg/h HPL27 Lab Twin-Screw Extruder with Dual Side Feeders for Material Compounding

The HPL27 laboratory twin-screw extruder is specifically engineered for laboratory process simulation, polymer compounding and material formulation development. It is equipped with two independently controlled side feeders, allowing simultaneous addition of multiple fillers, additives and masterbatches, which significantly enhances formulation flexibility and expands experimental scope.

This equipment features excellent process adaptability and outstanding energy efficiency. It supports seamless adjustment of all critical processing parameters including temperature profile, screw speed and feeding rate, ensuring precise control over material processing conditions. It is suitable for both research and development experiments in academic and industrial laboratories, as well as small-batch pilot production. The extruder can handle processing requirements for most common polymer materials and their composites.
