Screw element: various kinds of function elements, mixing and dispersing elements developed by ourselves can provie fiexible production for kinds of materials and production process.

Our smaller clearance (as same as W&P) between screw elements and the inner wall of the barrel benefits from our stable gearbox. And most of domestic extruder have clearance 1.5times as big as ours.

Barrel: Extrusion system adopts building block type screw and barrel structure, can be flexible to change the requirements of different materials, different process. And the barrels are equipped with integrated wear-resistant alloy steel liner, which has the same composition and wearing feacture with W&P.
