various kinds of function elemnts, mixing and dispersing elements developed by ourselves can provide flexible production for kinds of materials and production process.

our smaller clearance( as same as Germany manufacture) between screw elements and inner wall of the barrel benifits from our stable gearbox and most of domestic extruder have clearance 1.5 times as big as ours. Take our HPL27 extruder for example, the unilateral cleanranceis 0.15mm, equal to the kneeding clearance of W&p in Germany, and most domestic manufacturers with same specification type screw clearance is 0.3mm.

barrel : 

extrusion system adopts building block type screw and barrel structure, can be flexible to change the requirements of different materials, different process and the barrels are equipped with integrated waer-resistant alloy steel liner, which has the same composition and wearing feacture with Germany manufacture.
