Gearbox : bilateral symmetry gear drive system ； designed service life more than 72000hrs , average torque coefficient equal 10.4 , brand of bearings are Sweden ,SKF and Germany INA;

Torque limiter : torque limiter imported form Germany；

Barrels : intergrated wear-resistant alloy steel liner； Channel of barrels is annular jet type,not easy to be blocked；

Screw shaft :material of screw element is W6Cr5Mo4V2；material of shaft is high imported from Finland .

Material of shaft is imported from Finland;

Heating medium : heating rod imported from Germany ;

Machine frame : high rigidity whole steel plate welding ;

Electrical system : PLC and instrument control for your choice ; control cabinet and power cabinet are seperate , strong and weak electricity are isolated installed.
